Forward Pinellas Seeking Competitive Proposals for Level of Service Database Development and Maintenance

Forward Pinellas is seeking support for the development and maintenance of a database to collect roadway traffic county data and calculate annual level of service grades on monitored roadways.

Addendum No. 1 (posted August 22, 2018) includes questions and answers and an amendment to the scope of services.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise’s (DBE’s) shall have the opportunity to participate in this procurement. DBE certification and participation status must be included in the proposal and are considered in the evaluation of all firms.
