DESCRIPTION:Elected officials and staff from the Hillsborough\, Pasco\, and Pinellas MPOs will visit MetroPlan Orlando to gain firsthand knowledge from their successful operation as an independent Tri-County MPO. This peer exchange will explore governance\, committee and staff structure\, fiscal management\, prioritization processes\, and regional coordination to help evaluate the potential for a merged MPO structure serving the three counties in the Tampa Bay region.
