2016/17 – FY 2020/21 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). This proposed amendment adds $37 million in local funding in FY 17/18 for the design and construction related to the implementation of the Central Avenue Bus Rapid Transit Project. This project is being shown as 100% locally funded so that it can be included in the TIP and be eligible for state and federal funding. PSTA will be submitting a Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Small Starts application in August of this year, at which time FTA will be looking to ensure the project is included in the TIP. Once this funding is received, the TIP will be amended to reflect a mixture of $9.25 million in local funding, $9.25 million in state funding, and $18.5 million in federal funding.- FPN #4321401 – Repair and Rehab Existing Ferry Dock of Fort De Soto Park.
