All comments received by 5 p.m. the day before the meeting (Tuesday, May 12) will be included as part of the official record for this meeting and will be available for consideration by the commission before any action is taken.
The above referenced virtual meeting is subject to the extension of the State of Florida’s Executive Order 20-69 or the replacement of said order with a similar order, and any other applicable law or order providing for virtual meetings. In the event an order is not in place allowing for the above virtual meeting to take place, the planned virtual meeting will be cancelled and the meeting will be held in person in the Magnolia Room at the Florida Botanical Gardens, 12520 Ulmerton Rd.
