Tri-County MPOs Peer-to-Peer Exchange with MetroPlan Orlando

Elected officials and staff from the Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas MPOs will visit MetroPlan Orlando to gain firsthand knowledge from their successful operation as an independent Tri-County MPO. This peer exchange will explore governance, committee and staff structure, fiscal management, prioritization processes, and regional coordination to help evaluate the potential for a merged MPO structure serving the three counties in the Tampa Bay region.
