Forward Pinellas Hosts Bike Your City 2024 in St. Petersburg ~~ Join us March 2nd for a guided, group bike ride through the scenic City of St. Petersburg ~~
St. Petersburg, FL —- Forward Pinellas and the City of St. Petersburg are hosting the Bike Your City 2024 group ride on Saturday, March 2nd from 9:30 a.m.- 12 p.m. Returning for its 8th year, this free, family-friendly event is a group bike ride to celebrate Florida Bicycle Month by highlighting the bicycle and trail network in our county! This guided, slow bike ride is an 8-mile round-trip tour. Riders will learn about roadway safety and trail etiquette while exploring local amenities and enjoying the relaxing scenery the trails have to offer.
Registration is required. You can view the Tour Route Here. The opening ceremony will be located at Childs Park Recreation & Fitness Center at 9:30am. The ride will start immediately following the opening ceremony. Everyone who enters the ride should be physically able to complete an 8-mile route. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED for children 16 years old and younger and are encouraged for all participants. Free BYC24 t-shirts are available to participants on a first-come, first served basis on the morning of the event.
