PINELLAS COUNTY, FL — The Forward Pinellas Board adopted the 2027-2031 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) on June 8, 2026, which includes transportation projects slated for state and federal funding. Adopted annually, the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) includes project priority lists for Federal and State funding. Project types include priority roadways, bicycle and pedestrian, transit, and more.
