R.E. Olds Park

Our starting point, R.E. Olds Park became Oldsmar’s first official park in 1972. This 15-acre waterfront park offers a scenic view of Tampa Bay and Oldsmar, features a 400 ft. fishing pier, 12,000 sq. ft. Friendship Playground, nature trails, open-air amphitheater, & more. It is named after Oldsmar’s founder, Ransom E. Olds, inventor and founder of the Oldsmobile company.

Harbor Palms Nature Park

Harbor Palms Nature Park, opened in 1995, is a 35-acre park with beautiful views of plant and animal life. It boarders the Lake Tarpon outfall canal and features the Oldsmar Trail, a floating fishing dock, and a PDGA Gold Level Disc Golf Course.

Lake Tarpon Canal

The canal serves as a water control feature for the area and features opportunities for hiking, bicycling, boating, canoeing-paddling, and fishing, along with picnic tables and restrooms.

Sheffield Park

Sheffield Park was opened in 1989 as the city’s 3rd official park and consists of ball fields, tennis courts, a basketball court, playground and section of paved trail. It also contains a painted ground mural, ``Native Balance;`` a public art project for the North Pinellas Cultural Alliance.
